Last month our team was honored with the 2016 Supplier Quality Excellence award from General Motors. Although there was some delay in issuing the award, the recognition is still important to our team. This is the first time Coastal Automotive has received the award, which recognizes suppliers for superior shipping, customer satisfaction, on time deliveries and more.
“We’re honored to receive the Supplier Quality Excellence Award for the first time,” said Nick Onufrak. “This award is truly representative of the incredible team we have. It takes a whole crew to meet the standards.”
GM representatives, Rehan Aziz and Rich Uhlman, recognized the Coastal team with the award at the Rochester Hills headquarters. Although this is the first Supplier Quality Excellence Award, Coastal has been recognized by GM in the past including Supplier of the Year awards in 2016 and 2013.
