In an effort to continue to provide the best service and products to our customers, Coastal Automotive conducted a comprehensive survey. The survey covered quality of product, responsiveness of our team, price competitiveness, design, and overall satisfaction. It was sent to OEM’s and Tier 1 customers. We are grateful to all those who participated and are very encouraged by the survey results.
At Coastal Automotive, we value our client partnerships and are especially gratified to see the overall customer satisfaction results. One area in previous years results that we’ve already addressed is our production footprint with a new plant in Holland, Michigan, and are looking forward to continuing our expansion into Mexico by July 2017.
